INOSCOPE TERMS OF USE

1. Definitions

1.1 "Company" means Traft NZ Limited and its affiliates ("Traft", "we", "us", "our").

1.2 "Services" means the Inoscope AI-powered assistance platform, websites, web applications, software, tools, documentation, and any related components provided by Traft.

1.3 "Inoscope" means the AI product and related features offered by Traft as part of the Services.

1.4 "AI Outputs" means all results produced by the Services, including without limitation suggested scopes of work, pricing or cost estimates, measurements, repair strategies, building-code checks, reports, drafts, and other generated materials.

1.5 "User Content" means any data, images, photos, videos, documents, prompts, inputs, or other materials you submit or upload to the Services.

1.6 "Plans" means subscription packages offered by Traft (including monthly and annual terms) that provide access to the Services at different usage levels and features.

1.7 "Usage Limits" means the rate limits, capacity thresholds, concurrency constraints, or other technical/operational limits associated with a Plan, which are designed to preserve fair use and service quality for all users.

1.8 "You" or "User" means the individual or entity that accepts these Terms by creating an account, subscribing to, or using the Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you and Traft. By creating an account, subscribing to a Plan, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

2.3 If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and "you" includes that organization.
