INOSCOPE PRIVACY POLICY

3.3 User Content: photos, documents, notes, and other claim-related information supplied by you.

3.4 Payment Information: processed by third-party payment providers; we generally do not store full payment card details.

3.5 Support and Communications: messages, tickets, and other correspondence with us.

4. How We Use Information

4.1 To provide, operate, and administer the Services, including authentication, access control, and billing.

4.2 To generate AI Outputs and related features (e.g., scoping, measurements, pricing, code checks).

4.3 To maintain security, prevent abuse, monitor compliance with our Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy, and enforce Usage Limits.

4.4 To improve and develop the Services, including training, testing, and evaluation of models and features (with safeguards and, where required by law, appropriate de-identification).

4.5 To communicate with you regarding updates, notices, and support.

4.6 To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

5. Legal Bases and Applicable Laws

5.1 Australia: We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

5.2 New Zealand: We handle personal information under the Privacy Act 2020 and Information Privacy Principles (IPPs).

5.3 United States: We handle personal information under applicable U.S. federal and state privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), where applicable.

5.4 Where required by law, we may rely on consent, contract necessity, legitimate interests (e.g., service delivery, security, improvement), or legal obligation as bases for processing.
