INOSCOPE ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

1. Purpose and Scope

1.1 This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets forth rules governing access to and use of Traft's Inoscope Services.

1.2 This AUP applies to all users and to all use of the Services, including User Content and AI Outputs.

1.3 Capitalized terms have the meanings given in the Inoscope Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. General Obligations

2.1 You must use the Services lawfully and in good faith.

2.2 You are responsible for your account activity and for ensuring your use complies with this AUP and applicable law.

2.3 You must promptly report suspected security incidents, abuse, or violations to Traft via the support channels provided.

3. Prohibited Content

3.1 You must not upload, generate, or transmit content that is: (a) illegal, infringing, or fraudulent; (b) defamatory, harassing, hateful, or threatening; (c) obscene, exploitative, or sexually explicit; (d) promotes violence, terrorism, or self-harm; (e) invades privacy or violates publicity rights; (f) contains personal or sensitive information without lawful basis and permission; or (g) violates building, safety, or other regulatory requirements.

3.2 You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and authenticity of User Content, including photos and documents. Traft does not verify the legality of User Content and disclaims responsibility for unlawful or offensive materials submitted by users.
